• Access to Horsemen lounges & Ownership seating areas during races at all NYRA tracks

• First Rights of Refusal, for any potential breeding partnership at end of horses career

• Behind-the-scenes access, including barn visits (trainer permitting)

• Proportional purse distributions in accordance with your ownership percentage

• Year-end K-1 for tax reporting
