A day at the racetrack designed to place you inside the world of racehorse ownership—beyond the grandstand, beyond the crowd. From the barn area to the paddock and into owner-only viewing spaces, you’ll experience the preparation, strategy, and energy that define the sport at its highest level.

Your Day at Saratoga — Inside Ownership

10:30 AM — Arrival & Owner Credentials

  • Begin your day with private entry into Saratoga Race Course.
    You’ll receive owner-style credentials and a brief orientation to the experience ahead.

11:00 AM — Backstretch & Barn Access

  • Step into the restricted barn area where racehorses are prepared.

  • Get up close and personal with the greatest racehorses in the world. Including a few that you’ll be cheering on that day. Photos are encouraged!
    Meet the people behind the operation and experience the morning routines that define the sport.

12:10 PM — Horsemen’s Lounge & Race Overview

  • Enjoy the horsemen’s lounge seating with food and beverage service.
    We’ll walk through the day’s race card—how races are structured, and how horses are placed.

1:10 PM —Owners Box (Races Begin)

Watch the opening race from premium viewing areas while gaining insight into race flow, positioning, and strategy.

Move between exclusive areas throughout the afternoon:

  • Owner Viewing Areas — Watch races from preferred locations

  • Horsemen’s Lounge — Eat, drink and be merry.

  • Real-Time Insight — Understand the sport as it happens

Featured Race— The Owner Experience

Follow a selected race from start to finish:

Paddock Access → Post Parade → View Race from Owners Box→ Winners Circle photo (hopefully)

5:00 PM — Closing Conversations

Wrap up the day with a relaxed discussion:
what you’ve seen, how ownership works, and what the next step looks like.

5:30 PM — Departure

Exit at your leisure, with a full understanding of the sport from the inside.

Groups are limited to 6 (8 max including kids)

$200 per person(s) ages 12 and up (kids are free)

$1,000 for groups of 6 (8 max including kids)
